CyberStor is a new data security solution indispensable to all users of laptops. Our goal within the next three years is to have CyberStor become the de facto standard for the security of ever laptop.

The CyberStor laptop data-security system's prime focus is government organizations and public-sector institutions in the U.S., together with large businesses, reflecting its core U.S. software technologies and the fact that the U.S. accounts for approximately half of the global market in sales of laptop/notebook computers. The system is intended ultimately to be made available to individual users, and sales channels are already being prepared for that purpose.

Exclusive distribution of CyberStor throughout the Americas (United States, Canada, South and Central America) has been negotiated with Connecticut-based ICTSecure Inc., an information and communications technology security company. Leading data backup and storage company NovaStor Corporation has been appointed official storage provider in the U.S. and Cyberstor agent for the State of California.

Since mobile-network data-transfer service provision is a necessary component of CyberStor, a data-services-provider alliance has been entered into with Cingular Wireless, now the new at&t, the largest mobile-network operator in the U.S. All CyberStor users in the U.S. are automatically provided with access to the Cingular/at&t fast EDGE cellular network, permitting data-transfer at speeds three times faster than GPRS. When traveling abroad where there is no EDGE network, automatic GPRS roaming will ensure connectivity without any need to worry about changing dial-up numbers or making special arrangements with foreign service providers. The even faster 3G network facilities will be available soon.

For the sale of CyberStor to U.S. federal government and other public-sector entities a partnership has been entered into with NASDAQ-listed GTSI Corporation, a major supplier of IT solutions to the U.S. government, headquartered in the Washington DC area, and with OTBT.

OTBT is the first U.S. wireless telecommunications distributor focused on providing the value added reseller and systems integration channel with a single source for all wireless devices, services, and software. It strives to make the sales of wireless telecommunication devices and services more streamlined and customer-friendly, backed by the highest level of expertise in wireless telecommunication sales, a prime focus being on cellular data solutions.

Agreements for provision of out-of-house secure server storage facilities are in place with data-storage providers in Europe. Since the laptop data secured by CyberStor are removed from the laptop and stored only after they have been pre-encrypted under user-specified constraints, there is no risk, even when utilizing third-party storage, of data being accessed by persons for whom they were not intended. ICTSecure Inc. has been appointed exclusive distributor within the United States, and ICTSecure PLC has been appointed exclusive distributor within the United Kingdom.
